Our luxury experience is designed to be seamless from the moment you book. Please review our salon policies to ensure a flawless appointment at Links & Tresses.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a forfeiture of your deposit to respect our stylists' time.
Are deposits required to book?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments to secure your booking. This amount goes directly toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.
How should I prepare my hair for an install?
For most styling services and installs, please arrive with your hair detangled and free of heavy oils or products. If you are booked for a silk press or treatment, we will handle the washing and prep entirely.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. Cash is also accepted, though we ask that you bring exact change if possible for a seamless checkout experience.
What happens if I arrive late?
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you expect to arrive later than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to alter your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure the next client is not delayed.
